Andrej Cieselski, an
18-year-old from Munich, illegally climbed the 4,500-year-old Great Pyramid in broad daylight earlier this month for the sake of the breathtaking photos and videos he took while on top.
"Walking around
in the complex I was waiting for the right moment to start climbing The Great Pyramid of Giza," Cieselski wrote.
The nearly 500-foot
ascent of the Pyramid of Gizeh (146 metres high) which is the oldest and largest of three pyramids, took eight minutes, he said.
"When I started
climbing a street seller was standing behind me but I didn't care about him. I turned around, he laughed and I continued climbing. At the half some people got attention on me and looked up.
That's how the police spotted me. They shouted
something in Arabic I think but I didn't care and kept going while listening to music."
The risky climb
produced rare and spectacular views from the top. Cieselski's feet dangled over the edge of the top, which looks out
onto a hazy view of a nearby pyramid and its desert
surroundings.
"It was
absolutely surreal standing on top of one of the wonders of the world and something that I will never forget. I wanted to experience
Egyptian culture and I definitely managed that.”
Egyptian police waited
for Cieselski at the bottom of the pyramid and briefly detained him and
threatened to take him to the German embassy, but eventually let him go.
"After a while I was released without anything further happening."

Introduction
This volume and the three preceding
ones carry the essential spirit and truth contained
in all the major religions, philosophies,
psychologies, and provide the fundamental basis for harmony in human societies and the worlds ecology. Improbable though this
sounds, nevertheless it is the fact.
This is not a book that expounds beliefs but, rather, one that describes personal experience in living, not only of
the author but the observable experience of everyone
who ever lived, is alive now, or shall yet be
born. Some know heaven, some hell, and most purgatory. The laws of spiritual cause and effect become very easy
to see in operation.
Part One contains transcriptions of extemporaneous talks given from 2011 to 2014. Nothing is ever created by an isolated
individual. I would thankfully acknowledge the
creative collaboration given by spiritual
colleagues—friends who were present in person, others on the telephone conference-calls, and those on the mailing list.
Part Two consists of selected presentations given from 1980 to 1992 to spiritual education classes, talks given at
specialized conferences, some public talks, and
written articles published in magazines and newsletters.
This volume would not have been created except for the vision, meticulous care and unflagging work of my wife,
Jean. Part Two exists because she sifted through a
great number of previous transcripts, did the
major editing, and helped with the selection of those included. This book is a tribute to her love for the Tone and Truth.
Readers, be spacious in your attitude when reading, and
see beyond any few words that may be used in an unfamiliar
way. Look in the short glossary for assistance in
this regard. And as in the other volumes, the capitalization
of some words is not always grammatically accurate or consistent, but may convey nuances of meaning that
must be spiritually discerned.
This anthology, like the previous volumes, is published under the authorship designated as A. As
before, this is to suggest that the words emerged
from the One Identity — I Am, the subjective Identity of Being, of Life — spoken via the outer person, Alan Hammond.
Above all, I acknowledge the magnificent spiritual leadership of Lloyd Arthur Meeker (Uranda) and Martin Exeter, who provided
the foundational mentorship for my life and service.
